Reading this: the abstain rate is the fuzzy verify_span tier — a value-length / rewrite-field proxy, not a faithfulness signal (2026-07-08 calibration: abstain is ~96% false on rewrite fields). Use the trend to spot drift week over week; the flag rate (A.2 ungrounded value flags) is the more actionable series. Weeks and strata with fewer than the minimum distinct jobs are suppressed whole (k-anonymity) — no small cell leaves the box.
